Aaron 'A-Mac' Mcleod

Aaron “A Mac” McLeod - caught the acid house bug in Canberra in a small club called heaven in the early 90’s and has been hooked ever since. Sydney DJ’s Sugar Ray and Phil Smart were local DJ hero’s and the impact of a couple of blokes called Sasha and John Digweed on their first Northern Exposure tour in 97 was truly a musical life changing experience.

After tours of duty in London from the late 90’s and through to the early 00’s, A Mac returned to Sydney with a truck load of vinyl and a love for all things progressive.

His sets are a mix of deep progressive grooves with a killer combination of rhythms and synths for the headphones, combined with baselines and percussion for the dance floor. In his 3rd year of a global residency on Saturo Sounds – star gazing never sounded so good 😊
